At the core of the CP10 is an automated system that redefines precision in the canning industry. By minimising manual intervention, the machine guarantees consistent and accurate filling and sealing, mitigating the risk of errors and optimising overall production output.

Designed with versatility in mind, the CP10 effortlessly accommodates an array of can sizes, from the petite to the substantial, offering adaptability for diverse product lines. Its adjustable settings empower seamless transitions between different can specifications, catering to the evolving needs of your production.

Navigating the CP10 is an intuitive experience, thanks to its user-friendly interface. The control panel simplifies operation, making it accessible to operators of varying expertise levels. This ease of use extends to maintenance, as the machine’s components are readily accessible for routine cleaning and care.

Hygiene is a top priority for the CP10, constructed with food-grade materials and a design that facilitates easy cleaning. This commitment to cleanliness ensures a sanitary production environment, upholding the highest standards in food processing.

Speed meets precision in the CP10, as it accelerates the canning process without compromising on quality. Its high-speed capabilities make it an ideal solution for large-scale production, providing the velocity needed to meet market demands while maintaining the integrity of each product.

A twin-lane 10-head innovative counter pressure filling and seaming machine with the ability to change can size at the turn of a wheel and the flexibility to fill products of various carbonation levels the CP10 offers more versatility for the operator. The twin-lane setup allows the operator to run lanes independently.

The throughput of cans is up to 4,000 cans per hour, this is based on the can size, equipment supplying the fluid and temperature. As an example, a 330ml can, packaging beer is 4,000 cans per hour. Throughput can be increased via speed control valves, once the customer is competent with the operation. These speeds are based on the correct presentation of the product.
